• 1. Sanitise your mouthguard with boiling water, turn on the LED light and attach it to the mouthguard.
  2. Twist the bottom of the pen and brush a small amount of gel directly onto the surface of your teeth. Insert the mouthguard with light.
  3. Relax or multi-task for 10 minutes until the light automatically switches off. Rinse with water and repeat daily for six days or to touch up as required.

  Each pen contains 10 applications – so that’s 20 applications in each kit. We suggest using the kit every day for six days for best results and you can easily maintain your new pearly white smile by re-applying every fortnight.

  We recommend not eating or drinking dark, staining food for at least 30 minutes after rinsing off the gel, so it’s often best to whiten your teeth at night, after dinner.
